Seeking energetic, highly motivated individual for full and/or part-time employment in a fast-paced customer service department.
Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a call center environment.
Highly motivated self starter
Detail oriented a must
Bilingual preferred but not required
Must be confident speaking to customers over the phone and be able to multitask while on a customer service phone call.
Must be comfortable placing outbound calls to existing customers regarding current promotions.
Experience with Microsoft office and outlook essential
MAS90/MAS200 experience a plus.
Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
Take customer orders over the phone
Follow up with customers regarding previously placed orders
Analyze customer purchase orders and quote requests via email and phone.
