Seeking energetic, highly motivated individual for full and/or part-time employment in a fast-paced customer service department.

  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Highly motivated self starter
  • Detail oriented a must
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Must be confident speaking to customers over the phone and be able to multitask while on a customer service phone call.
  • Must be comfortable placing outbound calls to existing customers regarding current promotions.
  • Experience with Microsoft office and outlook essential
  • MAS90/MAS200 experience a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries
  • Take customer orders over the phone
  • Follow up with customers regarding previously placed orders
  • Analyze customer purchase orders and quote requests via email and phone.
