ART REQUIREMENTS MYLAR/CLOISONART PIN ORDERS

Art for mylar must be sent either on disk or via e-mail in a workable (vector) file format. (.cdr, .eps, .ai are best). No bitmap files will be accepted for mylar or cloisonart unless an art charge is considered. All text must be converted to outlines or curves. All curves must be scalable. All art sent should be accompanied by a full color print out accurately showing the color and layout of the desired finished product.

ACCEPTABLE FILE FORMATS

Coral Draw Version 10 or Lower (.cdr) Corel Presentation Exchange (.cmx) Encapsulated Post Script for PC (.eps) Adobe Illustrator Version 8 or Lower (AI) Windows Metafile (.wmf). Any other format will delay processing.

PHOTOLIQUE/PHOTO LABEL/ PIN ORDERS

Art for photolique orders must be sent on a disk, e-mail, as a full color rendition or photograph. Digital files can be accepted in vector or bitmap format. (See above requirements for vector files). Bitmap files should be sent at 200% of finished product size and with a minimum of 300 dpi. A full color print of art accurately showing the desired color and layout is required with all disks sent.

E-MAILED ARTWORK

All e-mailed art must also be accompanied by a faxed copy for proofing.

We can die strike your company name or logo on the back of any custom pin or medal. Contact factory for cost.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Cancellations or changes of any order in process will be subject to all costs accrued to date. No cancellation on rush orders.

COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

All our customers must accept full responsibility for claims and/or litigation arising from alleged infringement of trademarks and/or copyright on any design or copy furnished to Simba to manufacture or reproduce. Any and all such determinations are the sole responsibility of our client. Logos, designs and trademarks shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only and are not for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owners.

DIES

Die charges are service fees and payment for such fees do not constitute ownership. All dies and materials required to manufacture an order shall remain the property of Simba. However, custom dies will not be used for any other customer. In the event there are no reorders for a period of three years, we reserve the right to dispose of dies.

DROP SHIPMENT

For split or drop shipments to more than one destination or times, there is a $4.00 net charge per number of locations exceeding one.

OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS

All customs orders are subject to 5% overruns/underruns.

PRODUCTION TIME

Starts the day after receipt of purchase order and acceptable artwork.

PRECIOUS METALS

We offer items in precious and semiprecious metals. Due to fluctuation in market price, we will custom quote on sterling, 1/20 KT gold-filled, 10 KT and 14 KT gold. PRICING The lower quantity rate will prevail between quantities shown in the catalog. Special quotations will be given for orders exceeding the maximum quantity, exceeding the largest listed size and items not shown in the catalog.

RETURN POLICY

No items shall be returned without a return authorization number. Any return request must be made within 10 days of ship date.

RUSH ORDERS

Orders requiring production times less than the normal production time stated in this catalog must be confirmed. A service charge will be applied based on quantity, product and delivery. No cancellations on rush orders.

Random samples are available at no charge on custom items. Samples of stock items are available at a nominal fee.

TERMS

Our terms are net 30 days of approved credit. To avoid delay in processing new customers orders, a 50% deposit along with credit references will be required prior to placing your order into production. There is a $15.00 charge for returned checks.

ENGRAVING

We require five working days to complete your order from the time it is received. All engraving information must be faxed or mailed in.
